the room was clean and well kept aside from a few wear and tear spots. the room service was prompt and delivered by people that cared.
the telephone didn't work. all the hot buttons on the phone to direct us to room service didnt connect us to anyone. i was there with my bridesmaids the night before the wedding. checkout was easy and checking into the bridal changing room was seamless. the bridal changing room had no internet. the shower head was dangerous and sealed poorly - as well as being too low to shower properly. in the end i had to take a bath for fear the shower head shooting off in the water pressure. the fridge was on the vanity counter, who does that?

The hotel is friendly, the rooms are impeccably clean and huge. The room is well priced. The employees are helpful and nice. The setting is particularly good, near nearby Italian restaurant which was smiley and friendly and opened till 9pm as well as Close to the casinos, very nice area. The venue has the restaurant for dinner.

beautiful grounds and settings. Great area, but not much around for food
The rooms need updating badly. Everything is OLD. DIRTY carpets, DIRTY comforters, the bed shirts were all DIRTY, worn and ripped. ------- For the price that you pay everything should have been updated. Furniture is old and worn. Kinda gross!

An ideal location for a day or 2. The golf course was challenging, the restaurant and sushi bar excellent, and the rooms comfortable. The value was outstanding.
Wine list needed some better selections by the glass.

Restaurant served good food by friendly and efficient staff in pleasant surroundings. The Sunday Brunch served on the terrace was excellent. Golf course and grounds were well kept.
Rooms were dark and dingy and in need of updating. The bedcovers and bed cushions need replacing. There was a problem with ants in the room. We were upgraded after 2 nights as the room in which we were staying was due for maintenance. Found out later this was for treatment of termites. The pool area was also partly closed off for the same reason. The upgraded room had a larger bathroom but overlooked the car park and was also dingy and in need of updating. Poor value for money.

The location so near to Temecula was good. We enjoyed the terrasse, food was good, the waiters all were very friendly.
The bathroom floor is very cold. One mat was a bit too small. At least two mats or some kind of floor cover would be good.

This was an excellent deal and done at the very last minute. They were booked. We had a great room with excellent customer service. We had a hard time getting ahold of customer service and the front desk stated they would comp a breakfast for the inconvenience. Excellent.

The staff was wonderful and went above and beyond to correct any short comings, making the stay enjoyable. This is a beautful property that is hidden up against a mountainside. They do a lot of wedding business as well as golf.
Rooms could use an updating.
